Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once the service or report has been delivered. Dissatisfaction with interpretive or opinion-based content, or disagreement with the method or system used, does not entitle you to a refund. Please read and decide carefully before buying.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The service or report was not delivered at all.
  • A correction request (for errors such as incorrect date of birth, missing pages, or delivery of wrong report type) was submitted within 7 working days but was not addressed within the stated timeframe.

All refund requests are subject to review, and the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of AskNumeroAI.

Corrections (Not Refunds)

If your delivered report contains errors (incorrect DOB, wrong name spelling, missing pages, wrong report type), please email us within 7 working days of delivery. We will correct and resend the report within 6-10 working days. The sole remedy for such errors is correction, not a refund.

Claims Deadline

All claims of any nature must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
